Thin sickle 165mm 1 shaku 5 minute handle (for right and left)
Synonymous with Banshu Kama.
Amazing sharpness. Thin sickle 165 mm 1 shaku 5 minute handle (for right and left)
The Banshu sickle is exactly as sharp as a razor. The blade is made from a thin steel material with a thickness of 1.6mm, which is hardened to a hardness of HRC 60 degrees or higher, and is further thinned using a suki finish (a technique in which the polished blade is further shaved into a concave shape to improve the blade's ability to separate from grass and improve sharpness). A single-edged grass cutting sickle with the best sharpness and easy resharpening.
Since it is a thin blade type, it can be used for soft grass mowing and harvesting work. Available for right and left.

Banshu kama's characteristic ``suki finish''. The cutting edge of the blade is carved in a gouge-like manner, making it easy for the cut grass to separate, making it easy to weed over a wide area. Also available for left-handed users. Since the blade is thin, there are concerns about its strength. The blade may be damaged when weeding pampas grass or thick stems, so a medium-thick sickle is recommended in that case.
*Can be resharpened and repaired.
