Thin sickle stainless steel 180mm 1 shaku 1 sun handle
Banshu sickle that is resistant to rust.
Amazing sharpness. Thin sickle stainless steel 180mm 1 shaku 1 sun handle
The Banshu sickle is exactly as sharp as a razor. This is a thin sickle that is resistant to rust. The blade is made from a thin 1.5mm thick steel material that has been hardened to a hardness of HRC 60 degrees or higher, and has been made thinner using a suki finish (a technique in which the polished blade is further shaved into a concave shape to improve its sharpness and remove grass). The single-edged blade provides excellent sharpness and is easy to resharpen. It also has a non-slip handle (black dyed) that prevents it from rusting and slipping when working in water areas.
Since it is a thin blade type, it can be used for soft grass mowing and harvesting work. It is for the right side.

Banshu kama's characteristic ``suki finish''. The cutting edge of the blade is carved in a gouge-like manner, making it easy for the cut grass to separate, making it easy to weed over a wide area. Also available for left-handed users. Since the blade is thin, there are concerns about its strength. There is a risk that the blade will be damaged when weeding pampas grass or thick stems, so a medium-thick sickle is recommended in that case.
*Can be resharpened and repaired.
