Compact and easy to handle Nagoya-style eel splitter (right-handed)

This knife fits in the palm of your hand and is easy to maneuver. It uses white paper steel. It is easy to sharpen, easy to maintain, and produces beautiful cuts. It is recommended for use in cutting open the back and belly of eels, conger eels, etc.
The Nagoya type is used mainly in the Chubu region. It is a versatile knife that can cut eels either from the back or the belly. Product image and dimensions are 90mm. There are also 105mm sizes. *Left-handed versions can also be ordered separately.
