These are one of the few left-handed pruning shears. For those with smaller hands, there are two sizes available, a 7 inch size down. The blade consists of a clam-shaped upper blade and a crescent-shaped lower blade, which locks and cuts the branch it grips. The overall balance is evenly balanced on both sides, creating a beautiful and durable blade shape.
The whole body is forged and has a firing finish, making it strong and durable, and the blades are individually hand-tipped for sharpness. These are left-handed scissors. If a left-handed person uses right-handed pruning shears (all regular pruning shears are for right-handed people) for a long period of time, a phenomenon will occur where the gap between the blades becomes open.
