Making the old new. The design devised by our founder, Shinji Suzuki, has been further evolved.
The wooden part is coated with layers of the traditional Japanese lacquer, giving the handle antibacterial and waterproof properties. It is also highly resistant to corrosion, so it can be used for many years compared to regular Japanese handles. The blade is made of rust-resistant V-gold No. 10 steel, 2 mm thick, and is thin and sharp, making it easy to maintain. The corner of the base of the blade can be used to carve out potato sprouts, making it a versatile knife. The Sanju-gata large is a Santoku type.
Santoku knives can be used for all-round purposes, including meat, vegetables, and fish. With just one knife, you can do all your household chores. It is double-edged, so it can be used by both left-handed and right-handed people.
