Refund policy

Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products.
・Opened and used products
・Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
・Products that have scratches or stains at the customer's disposal
・Products without packaging (bags/cases)
・Products processed for customers, such as ordered products and products with names
・Other products whose product introduction page clearly states that they cannot be returned (for details, please contact our inquiry desk)

If there is an obvious defect in the product other than the above, or if the product is the wrong product, we will accept returns or exchanges. We will bear the shipping costs in that case.
If you do not like the product, or if you wish to return or exchange it due to the customer's convenience, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
