amenoma Check!

This knife with its beautiful walnut handle offers long-lasting, exceptional sharpness and will change your perception of knives. However, because the blade is so hard, resharpening it can be very difficult. If the sharpness declines after years of use, we recommend sending it to us for repair. Walnut handles have the characteristic of fading and becoming lighter in color with each wash. To restore the deep brown color, an oil finish with a drying oil is required. Food-grade oils such as linseed oil, sunflower oil, and perilla oil are safe and recommended as drying oils.

As a general rule for all knives, dropping the blade may cause it to chip. Please be careful.

※Resharpening and repair services are available.
