The material used is "Ginshi No. 3 steel" which is rust-resistant, sharp and long-lasting. The handle is made of natural hardwood (maple, cherry, walnut) layered in layers to create a colorful design that will make everyday cooking fun. It has a durable, lightweight shape that is easy to hold.
