- Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:

- We do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective products. Any claims arising from improvements or modifications made to purchased products are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cancellations are generally not accepted.
- However, if the product is found to be defective or damaged due to our error, we will accept returns and exchanges.
- In such cases, the return period is within one week after the product arrives. The customer must notify us within this time using the method specified by us, and a new product or a replacement item will be provided in exchange. If this is not possible, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer’s specified account, regardless of the payment method. *Please note that convenience store payment fees cannot be refunded.
- The cost of returning and reshipping the defective product will be borne by us.
