  • All prices are exclusive of the delivery cost which will be added at checking out process.
    Local tax in your country, such as import tax and Consumption Tax (VAT/GST), are payable by the buyer. These taxes will be collected by the shipping carrier or postal service.

  • All credit card transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payment or PayPal.
Shipping:
  • All orders will be shipped from Japan within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified, excluding holidays.
    All orders will be delivered by EMS (Japan Post) or DHL unless otherwise specified with Tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after shipment.

    Europe: 7–10 days
    Oceania and Asia: 5–9 days
  • International Shipping : approx 2,000-6,000 JPY.

  • As many products are handmade, it is possible that for some products delivery may take more than one month. (We will contact you once we have confirmed the delivery date.)
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective products. Any claims arising from improvements or modifications made to purchased products are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cancellations are generally not accepted.
  • However, if the product is found to be defective or damaged due to our error, we will accept returns and exchanges.
  • In such cases, the return period is within one week after the product arrives. The customer must notify us within this time using the method specified by us, and a new product or a replacement item will be provided in exchange. If this is not possible, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer’s specified account, regardless of the payment method. *Please note that convenience store payment fees cannot be refunded.
  • The cost of returning and reshipping the defective product will be borne by us.
