The material used is "Gingami No. 3 steel" which is rust-resistant, sharp and long-lasting. The handle is made of natural hardwood (maple, cherry, walnut) layered in layers to create a colorful design that will make everyday cooking fun. It has a durable, lightweight shape that is easy to hold.
The Santoku knife can be used for all-round purposes such as meat, vegetables, and fish. You will be able to do all your household tasks with this one tool. Since it is a double-edged type, it can be used regardless of left or right handedness.

MAJIRO "Majiro" means that moment. Everything is made instantly using years of experience and skill. We chose the series name to convey the unique craftsmanship of craftsmanship. I was surprised at how sharp it was, and even more surprised at how long it lasted. In daily cooking, the speed and texture of food will change depending on whether the knife is sharp or not. The weight balance between the blade and handle is exactly in the middle, so you won't get tired! Since it is used every day, it is recommended as a fun cooking tool.

As with all knives, there is a risk of chipping if the blade is "kneaded". please note.
*Can be resharpened and repaired. The blade and handle are all handmade. The shape and color may vary slightly from piece to piece. Since the pattern is made of completely natural materials, the color may change over time.
