- We do not accept returns or exchanges of products. Any claims regarding improvements or modifications to purchased products are the responsibility of the customer.

- However, we will accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective or damaged due to our fault.
In this case, the deadline for return is to notify us within one week of receiving the product by the method specified by us, and we will exchange the product for a good one or a substitute.
If this is not possible, we will refund the amount to your specified account regardless of the payment method. *Payment fees such as convenience store payments cannot be refunded.
