A carving fork that can be handled with ease.
Its rugged feel is irresistible. Camp meat fork 180 RASEN.
This is a masculine two-pronged (2-tine) fork with a twisted handle. The handle is scorched with a burner and finished in a spiral shape. The satisfying feeling of food piercing that you can't get with conventional forks is irresistible. You can hold down food without it wobbling and cut it with a knife. It's 3mm thick and durable, allowing you to lift heavy foods like chunks of meat and grill them directly over a fire with gusto. You can also flip meat on a griddle by sandwiching it between the two tines. Comes with a dedicated cover to protect the tines. Can be hung using the D-ring or the hole in the body. All are Japanese blacksmith handmade, and each item is a unique piece with different characteristics in blade length and twists. No two are alike; each is a masterpiece handcrafted by an artisan.
The Camp meat fork 180 RASEN has a twisted handle and a cool spiral pattern, giving it a vintage feel. The 180 is a compact size, recommended for those who prioritize portability. It can be used to spear, hold down, and lift ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables. For the 180, we recommend a knife (chef's knife) around 100-120mm in size.

This carving fork serves as an excellent companion to your knife. While usually a supporting actor, its ability to pierce so effectively allows it to play a leading role. It's made from stainless steel, prioritizing rust resistance over strength. While it is strong due to its thickness, applying excessive force may bend it. *It will return to its original shape if bent. Also, for safety, the sharpness of the tines has been reduced, but please be careful when bringing food to your mouth.
