A carving fork that can be handled with ease.
The ruggedness is irresistible. Camp meat fork 280 RASEN.
This is a masculine two-pronged (2-tine) fork with a twisted handle. The handle part is heated with a burner and finished in a spiral shape. The good sensation of piercing food, which cannot be experienced with conventional forks, is irresistible. You can hold food firmly and cut it with a knife without shaking. With a thickness of 3mm, it is durable and can lift heavy foods such as chunks of meat for bold direct grilling. You can also turn meat on a griddle by pinching it between the two tines. Comes with a special cover to protect the tines. It can be hung using the D-ring or the hole in the main body. All are Japanese blacksmiths handmade, and each one is a unique item with different blade lengths and twists. No two are alike, each is a masterpiece handcrafted by artisans.
The Camp meat fork 280 RASEN has a twisted handle, giving it a cool spiral pattern and a vintage feel. The 280 is a mid-size recommended for those who prioritize direct grilling. It can pierce, hold, and lift ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables. For the 280, a knife (chef's knife) around 150mm in size is recommended.
amenoma check!
This carving fork serves as a companion to your knife. Although usually a supporting role, its ability to pierce food effectively allows it to play a leading role. It is made of stainless steel, prioritizing rust resistance over strength. While its thickness makes it strong, the 280, being longer, may bend if excessive force is applied. *It will return to its original shape if bent. Also, for safety, the sharpness of the tines has been reduced, but please be careful when bringing food to your mouth.
