Kanaguchi Industry
Kanaguchi Industry Mfg., Co., Ltd.
About Kaneguchi Industry
Founded in 1929 in Hyogo Ward, Kobe City, Kanaguchi Industry was established to produce Hyogo Tegaki hooks under the Hishikaneka brand, inheriting the traditional skills of Japanese blacksmiths. The factory was later relocated to the founder's hometown of Miki City and incorporated in 1963. They are the only company capable of seamlessly conducting both forging and woodworking.
The size of the Tegaki hook is determined by the length of the handle; the size of the blade remains the same regardless of handle length.
They have also applied their hook-making techniques to produce high-quality Moribashi plating chopsticks, as they cater to a wide range of needs, from fishing equipment to the culinary industry. Leveraging their expertise, Kaneguchi Industry continues to advance the development of unique products and is expected to continue producing more dynamic and innovative products in the years to come.
